The easiest and quickest way to book tickets is online:
- Browse upcoming events on our What's On page
- Select your chosen event
- Click 'Tickets' to be redirected to the Leeds Ticket Hub website to complete your purchase
By Phone
You can call Leeds Ticket Hub on 0113 376 0318.
Phone lines are open from 10am – 4pm, Monday to Saturday.
In Person
Leeds Ticket Hub is located on the ground floor of the Carriageworks Theatre in Millennium Square.
For in-person bookings, the ticket office opens two hours before performances at the Carriageworks Theatre. Please visit the Carriageworks Theatre website to find out when shows are taking place.
Booking Fees
No booking fee is applied to events owned and presented directly by Leeds City Council. A standard booking fee of 10% applies to all other events unless otherwise stated.

Essential Companion Tickets
Customers who require an essential companion to attend can get two tickets for the price of one via Leeds Ticket Hub’s Access Scheme. For further information please contact Leeds Ticket Hub.
