Venue Entry & Tickets

Admission to ticketed events is strictly by valid ticket only.
Tickets are non-refundable and may not be resold for profit or commercial gain. Refunds will only be issued in the event of cancellation. The organisers are not liable for any travel or personal expenses incurred.
For seated events, the organisers reserve the right to reallocate seats of equal value where necessary.
The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the advertised programme or performance without prior notice.

Security searches of bags, clothing and personal items may be conducted on entry and exit. Entry is conditional on agreeing to these checks.
Large bags and backpacks are not permitted. Only small bags (no larger than A4 size: 21cm x 29cm) are allowed.
Prohibited items include (but are not limited to): food and drink (except one sealed 500ml plastic water bottle or one empty reusable plastic bottle per person), alcohol, glass, cans, chairs, stools, portable furniture, pointed or golf umbrellas, parasols, tents, gazebos, laser pens, air horns, fireworks, flares, smoke canisters, barbecues, paper lanterns, and any items with a naked flame.
The venue and organisers are not responsible for lost property or confiscated items.

The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone displaying anti-social, threatening, or unsafe behaviour, or anyone who is intoxicated.
The possession or use of illegal substances, including new psychoactive substances (NPS), is strictly prohibited. Offenders will be removed and substances confiscated.
A Challenge 25 policy is in place for alcohol sales. Valid ID may be required. The organisers reserve the right to refuse alcohol service.
No re-entry will be permitted, except at the discretion of the venue.
Only registered assistance dogs are permitted on site.
The sale of unauthorised merchandise is prohibited.
Visitors must follow all instructions from event staff and security personnel.

Millennium Square is a licensed premises. Once you leave the event area, you are entering an alcohol-free zone where consumption of alcohol is prohibited and may result in a fine.
Please respect our neighbours when leaving by keeping noise to a minimum and disposing of litter responsibly.

CCTV is in operation for public safety and crime prevention. Incidents may be reported to the police.
Warning: Prolonged exposure to loud music may cause hearing damage. Strobe lighting and special effects may be used.

Recreational photography of family, friends and general views of the venue or event is permitted. However, photography that clearly identifies other attendees as the main subject is not allowed. Please respect others’ privacy at all times, or you may be asked to stop and/or leave.
Professional or commercial photography, filming, or recording is not permitted without prior written approval or media accreditation.
By entering the venue, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional or broadcast purposes.
Tripods and large equipment are not permitted unless authorised, unless by those with written authorisation or media event accreditation from the organisers
