Step into a constellation brought down to earth. Scattered points of light gather in a drifting haze, forming a quiet landscape that visitors can move through and explore. Inspired by the patterns people have traced across the night sky for generations, Constellations invites us to notice the spaces between things and imagine the relationships that connect them. Its glowing forms also reflect on the matter shared by stars, planets and living bodies, offering a moment of wonder, stillness and connection within the city.

OUTDOOR | QUIET | HERITAGE

See the city through the eyes of its young people as their ideas are projected as vivid illuminated artworks onto a heritage structure.  Created through workshops with local schools, the project introduces pupils to the art and science of light while encouraging them to imagine how public spaces might feel after dark. Their designs bring fresh colour, curiosity and energy to Wellington Place, celebrating young creativity and showing how light can shape atmosphere, reveal new possibilities and change the way we experience familiar surroundings.
